What is life coaching?

Life coaching is a forward-focused partnership designed to bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Unlike therapy, which often looks backward to heal, coaching looks ahead to build. It is about taking the lead in your own story, identifying obstacles, and creating a concrete plan to move past them.


What does life coaching look like?

The process is a deliberate cycle of discovery, design, and action. We start by silencing the noise to find out what you actually want. From there, we build a strategy that breaks old patterns and replaces them with intentional habits and systems. My role is to provide the external perspective, psychological insight, and accountability you need to ensure your plan turns into a reality.


What is executive functioning?

Executive functioning refers to the mental skills we use every day to manage life: working memory, flexible thinking, self-control, etc. When these skills are sharp, you can prioritize tasks, manage your time, and stay focused on your goals. In our sessions, we work to strengthen these skills so that your daily tasks no longer feel like a hurdle to your vision.


Is this the same as therapy?

No. While I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology, my coaching is directive and action-oriented. We focus on executive functioning and strategic life planning. rather than clinical diagnosis. If you are currently in therapy, coaching can be a powerful "action-based" complement to that work.

How do I get started?

What can I expect in a 60-minute session?

The process begins with a Discovery Call. This is a low-pressure way for us to meet, discuss your current challenges, and make sure our partnership is the right fit for your vision. You can book your session directly from the home page.

You can expect a judgment-free space focused on progress. We identify the areas of transformation, break down the cycles that aren't serving you, and define clear next steps. You will leave each session with a plan, not just a list of ideas.

I don’t just teach transformation; I’ve lived every step of it. My journey started by defying the "stigma and statistics" of teen motherhood, learning early on how to navigate the high-stakes demands of life and family simultaneously. I spent years in the blur of survival mode, raising my three children while earning my degrees in Education and Psychology.

I know what it feels like to be "getting through the day" while holding a vision for something more.

When you work with me, you aren't getting a generic cheerleader. You are getting a partner who combines the academic rigor of a Master’s in Psychology with the lived experience of building a peaceful, intentional life from the ground up.
